By now you should have gotten a notice from the Hanover Township about the Brush Pick-Up Program that starts this month. In case you missed it, here is a web reference of the schedule and instructions:
It is that time of year again for the start of the Hanover Township Brush Pick-Up Program. Hanover Township Facilities and Road Maintenance Department will begin the annual brush pick-up program the first full week of April (April 4th) and continuing the first full weeks of May 2nd, June 6th, July 5th, August 1st, September 5th, October 3rd, with the program ending the week of November 7th.
Please have monthly brush pickup ready by 8:00 am on the Monday of the scheduled week. Residents should place normal tree trimmings, up to 10 inches in diameter, at the end of the driveway or curb. Please do not include leaves, construction lumber, wire, or nails of any kind. Brush should not be bundled together. Stacking brush with the cut end of the branches towards the street is helpful in speeding up the process.
As a reminder, the Hanover Township Brush Pick-Up Program is the first full week of each month, starting in April and concluding in November. The Facilities and Road Maintenance staff look forward to the start of the Brush Pick-Up Program.
