If you live on the side of the neighborhood that borders the CN Railroad Track, you may see some activity in the next few weeks. Below is a detailed timeline of the proposed work being done on the Spaulding & South Sutton Project as they prepare to add an additional track.
Week of October 16th
Clearing subcontractor will begin and will continue into early November – working north to south.
Week of October 23rd
Silt fence/erosion control subcontractor starting work and continuing well into November – again working north to south.
Week of October 30th
Grading/site access establishment.
If you live on one of the properties affected, you should have also received a letter in the mail in April 2023 about an optional tree installation program to take part in. Please check your email for an additional copy if you’ve lost yours.
